Carers Trust Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Norfolk offers special needs child care in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk helping children and young people aged from 0-19 with a variety of physical and learning disabilities.

Our work with children and their families is centered on the child/young person and aims to promote their independence and inclusion and to help them develop life skills.

We help children and young people who have:

  • Sensory needs
  • Physical needs
  • Autistic Spectrum Disorders
  • Life-limiting conditions
  • Other needs

We offer 1:1 support in the home and community including:

  • outings
  • accessing community facilities
  • promoting independence
  • personal care
  • specialist tasks
