Role Fundraising Officer – Community
Salary £24,000-£26,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Hours of work Full-time – 37 hours
Location St Ives, Cambridgeshire (flexibility to work evenings and weekends will be required)

Three in five of us will become a carer at some point in our life. Carers Trust Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Norfolk are an ambitious regional charity that provide emotional and practical support, advice and guidance to carers of all ages and their families, as well as opportunities to take a break from their caring role. During an exciting time as we develop our new strategy for the coming years, we are seeking an experienced Fundraising Officer.

We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm, expertise and commitment to shape and lead a community fundraising plan in order to achieve a significant growth in voluntary income. Working with a motivated Fundraising and Engagement team and the charity’s volunteers, you will use your skills, experience and knowledge of the third sector to harness the support of the local community to make caring easier.
